The project was created thanks to the invitation of the Belt and Road Initiative during the Silk Road Global News Awards event. The Chinese government allowed us to explore Beijing, the Anhui River and its traditional paper mills, the Chinese umbrella factories, Shanghai and other places with the aim of telling some of the traditions of the Chinese people, and their transition towards modernity.

The project, in collaboration with Riders Magazine was carried out during the longest Vespa annual competition in Europe, on the international circuit of Zuera (Zaragoza).

60 teams from all over Europe compete for 24 hours without stopping, riding a Vespa in racing trim, including accidents, bad weather, engine breakdowns and any unforeseen events.

The project in collaboration with Lomography Italia describes one of the most touristic and iconic places in Italy: Piazzale Michelangelo.
"From up there you can enjoy one of the most photographed views, one of the most classic landscapes of the city ever. Its popularity is such that at sunset, in summer, you witness a veritable crowd of people.
I decided to turn around and observe. I tried to dilate time and photograph what is moving all around me. I saw a square full of tourists, stalls, parking attendants, taxis, buses and hot dogs to reconcile the wait in one of the most attractive views of the city.
My project develops in this apparent non-place, but with an eye towards those who populate it, waiting for the perfect sunset.”
